About the Training

We have been asked countless times about what makes our NLP Trainer Training different than others. In fact, we've been asked what makes our training style in general different to others. We find this a simple question.

We use NLP to train NLP and in our NLP Trainers Training we teach you to do the same.

In our experience, we have found that a lot of NLP Trainers are great presenters and that there is a definite difference between presenting and training. We aim at providing you experience in both training and presenting skills.

In this 14-day residential program you will become an accredited NLP trainer and greatly increase your personal development, confidence, training and delivery skills!  This multi-level training is based on the Why, What, How and What if exploration.  The core of this training is to create a conscious self discovery of how you are able to unconsciously communicate NLP processes and skills.

The purpose and intention of the courses is to provide the NLP trainer with the skills and resourceful strategies to design, present and conduct interactive training and coaching.  The structure of this training is conducted in, will allow the trainer to become skilled at the processes and techniques as they are taught.

Who should attend?

Anyone who facilitates small group workshops, Public Speakers, Presenters, Sales People, NLP Trainers, School Teachers, NLP Professionals, Corporate Trainers, TAFE & Uni Lecturers, Coaches and Therapists, Actors, and anyone wishing to further increase their unconscious competence of NLP.

Often, people tell us that they do not desire to train or present yet wonder if they would benefit from NLP Trainers Training. We answer with an astounding Yes! Trainers training allows the participants time and skills to become unconsciously skilled in NLP, therefore being even more able to walk-the-talk of NLP. As you create an awareness of the exploration of NLP through the filters of a Trainer elegance, congruence and artistry begin to exist.

What is covered in this course?

This training is designed to be presented and facilitated in a multi-layered, double and triple looped dimension.  It is conducted over 14 days, with a 2 day intensive evaluation period at the end.  You will be evaluated on your NLP knowledge, training competence and presentation skills.  The training is constantly preparing you for this evaluation process.

This is a very interactive training.  You will be doing group work and making daily presentations.  We believe the unconsciously skilled trainer teaches and learns by experience.  It is the learning to learn, or the mind to muscle action where you remember as you do.

The Training will take from 9am to 6pm each day.  It is highly suggested that you take the evening hours to practice, study and incorporate the days activities into your unconscious mind.  There will be 1 class-free days during the training, allowing you more study time, or time off to be with your family and friends, or simply to enjoy the Sydney surroundings. Although this time is quite demanding, the training itself is very rewarding and above all – a lot of fun!

Training Venue & Accommodation 

Located just a 20 minute walk from the heart of Sydney, 2013 NLP Trainers Certification will be held at the Adina Apartment Hotel located centrally in Surry Hills. We have secured exceptional rates that allow even participants from Sydney to enjoy a residential training, away from distractions and emerged in NLP. The venue is located amongst hundreds of shops, cafes, resturants and bars. When you are not studying or sleeping, you definately will not be bored! Just a few blocks away a Woolworths for your grocery needs.

All apartments have full kitchens, living rooms and seperate bed and bathrooms. Additionally, a pool and a gym are onsite for your convenience. Internet access is available for an additional charge through the hotel.

Two Bedroom Apartment

The two bedroom apartment will be shared by two delegates (of the same gender). You will each have your own room with queen sized bed and separate bathrooms. The apartments include a full kitchen, living area and laundry facilities. The apartments are large enough to have your own space even with someone else living with you!

One Bedroom Apartment

If you desire to stay on your own, or if someone else is joining you, the one bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, laundry facilities, separate bedroom and living space.

We are enrolling a maximum of 20 students to ensure a quality learning environment.  To reserve your place, a deposit of $1000 is required, the balance is due 60 days before the course begins - or you may choose a payment plan or take advantage of a pay-in-full discount.

What else do I need to know?

Below are a number of frequently asked questions about the NLP Trainers Training course:

How much time do I need between NLP Master Practitioner and Trainers Training?

As little or as much as you have is perfect. We do not have pre-conceived notions about where a student is on unconscious competence with their NLP skills. While we do not teach any new NLP techniques in this course, you will be immersed in NLP for 2 full weeks! Some students complete most of their courses back to back and the information is still fresh in their minds and some have completed their Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses many years ago. Whichever explains you, if you have a passion for NLP you will excel in this course.

I have a fear of public speaking, will this help?

Absolutely! While you will be facing your fear each day - you'll be doing so in a very safe and friendly environment. One of our past students had a fear of public speaking before Trainers Training and now he makes a living on the stage!

I am an NLP Coach yet never plan to train, would I benefit from this course?

Great question. While this course gives you a lot of training and presenting skills and the certification to train NLP courses, more than half of our students do not have a desire to train or present. This course will assist you to learn NLP from another perspective and be able to get the skills of NLP into your muscle by learning to train using NLP. You will leave the course with an even more intimate knowledge of NLP and be very unconsciously skilled at the tools of NLP. Ultimately, the skills taught at Trainers level are useful for every aspect of life.

I'm not yet competent at all of the NLP skills - I'm worried I'll fall behind.

We have study groups during the training, you are watching your peers presentations about the NLP skills and your trainers are there to help you every step of the way. If you did not do your NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner training with our institutes, we will send you a copy of our courses tests once you enrol in Trainers Training. This will allow you to ensure you are familiar with our content as much as possible.
